Lightweight hybrid piston for L96, MB01,05,06, SW M24, M99.

Reinforced piston for your sniper rifle. For maximum performance and durability. The hybrid piston is made of three different materials:

• Maximum lightness aluminium body.
• Polyacetal (POM) ring for good sliding in the cylinder.
• Stainless steel piston retainer.

The piston has been completely redesigned compared to the previous version. The rubber stoppers have been changed and enlarged for greater durability. The front holes come out from under the sealing ring and expand it. The result is a better seal. In this way, the impact of the piston during ignition is spread over a larger area and exerts less pressure on the piston and cylinder head. The groove under the sealing O-ring is shallower and has a modified shape, thus reducing the risk of deformation of the head due to impacts. Another focus of this generation has been on the performance of the pistons. The stainless steel seal is shorter, sits better in the piston body and the piston is lighter. This has reduced the wear on the piston head and the piston ring. weight by 25% compared to the previous generation. And less weight means more power .

• The piston body is manufactured by precision CNC machining from an aluminum alloy 6061-T6 (Dural ) light but very durable with a high quality anodized finish
• The piston retainer is made of stainless steel with a high quality finish.
• The piston head is pressure-resistant with a sealing O-ring (the O-ring expands when fired and seals better)
• The enlarged inner diameter of the piston allows (and we recommend) the insertion of a 9mm thicker upgrade spring
