The NanoHARD mosfet is a multifunctional programmable controller that has 8 functions.
It can be easily installed on almost any replica.
The biggest advantages are:
Battery protection
Protection against excessive battery discharge. Modern LiPo and LiFe batteries are very sensitive to excessive discharge. If you do not want to damage the battery and care about its lifespan, this protection is indispensable. The microprocessor constantly monitors the battery voltage. When the voltage drops to a critical level, the controller will not allow firing.
Bouncing
This provides full compatibility with microswitches. It ensures complete resistance to contact bounce (vibration). You get a larger ROF, faster trigger response, and your MOSFET is less prone to overheating.
Third generation mosfet
The advent of modern transistors and microcontrollers has allowed us to create the smallest and most reliable AEG controller on the market.
14.8v li-po ready
The system can be used with batteries up to 14.8V LI-PO. The minimum operating voltage is 3V and the maximum voltage is 17V.
Coating
Thanks to its special conformal coating, it is resistant to atmospheric conditions (Military Specification MIL-V-173C).
Active brake
Do you care about realism? Would you like to increase the lifespan of the gearbox? Does your rifle have such a high rate of fire that you can't fire a single shot? The Active Brake fixes things. In SEMI mode, the brake doesn't allow a piston to be compressed after a shot. The piston will stop in the forward position which eliminates unnecessary stresses, increasing the lifespan of the gearbox and its parts. This is important, especially with an AEG power upgrade. After you release the trigger, the rifle immediately stops firing. This way you gain more realism and, in addition, you don't waste your precious ammo.
Active brake ON/OFF
The controller gives you the opportunity to decide whether you want to use the active brake feature. If you don't need it, you can easily turn it off. It will lead to improving the lifespan of your motor.
Smart fuse
We have developed an electronic fuse with a precise current sensor. A combination of current, voltage and temperature measurements makes your AEG installation highly reliable. It protects the MOSFET against overheating, overload and short circuit. If your airsoft gun jams, the function protects the motor and battery from damage.
Built-in self-test
Allows you to quickly check whether the AEG controller is working properly. If you have problems with your AEG, the INTEGRATED SELF-TEST allows you to check that the problem is not caused by the controller.
GATE does not guarantee compatibility of mosfets and ETUs such as TITAN or ASTER with brushless motors. Connecting a brushless motor may cause immediate damage to the device, motor and battery, which is not covered by warranty and may cause a fire.
