CNC machined covers

The front and rear aluminum covers are machined using precision CNC machines. This allows for smaller clearances, ensuring optimal support of the axle under the high forces applied to this part during operation, resulting in optimal power transfer and virtually no wear on this moving part.

CNC machined pinion

The pinion is machined from SCM415 alloy steel on CNC machines and then hardened for maximum durability and longevity.

CNC machined stainless steel shaft

To withstand the high torsional forces to which the shaft is subjected during operation, the shaft is made of SUS415 stainless steel and machined on CNC machines, resulting in high precision and high strength of this part.

Silicon steel rotor

The addition of silicon to steel makes it more efficient and faster in terms of creating and maintaining a magnetic field. Thus, silicon steel increases the efficiency and heat dissipation of any device that uses steel as a magnetic core material. As a result, INFINITY series motors generate lower temperatures, ensuring high long-term performance and a long service life.

Precision motor housing

The motor housing design tolerances are a whopping 0.05mm, compared to 0.2mm - 0.3mm for competing motors. This allows the magnets to be at a very close and precise distance from the rotor, eliminating unstable power during stator rotation, so INFINITY motors run smoother than most comparable motors.

Refractory magnets made of precious metals

All magnets stop being magnets when exposed to a certain temperature. With neodymium magnets "Nd-Fe-B " that can operate up to 150 degrees Celsius, INFINITY CNC will perform even at the most extreme enhancement settings
