This rifle stood as the standard-issue infantry rifle for the Russian forces until it yielded its position to the automatic AK rifle. Dating back to 1891 and evolving through various iterations, it played a crucial role in pivotal global conflicts such as World War I, World War II, the Vietnam War, the War in Afghanistan, and even the contemporary Russo-Ukrainian War. Notably, one of the rifle's variations was employed by two of World War II's most proficient snipers, Simo Häyhä and Vasily Zaitsev.

The rifle replicates the authentic ASG spring bolt-action mechanism, necessitating manual bolt handle reloading following each shot fired. Sporting an internal barrel measuring 640mm, it employs a VSR10 system with a spring and hop-up bucking, offering potential for replica enhancement. Complementing these features are a steel cylinder (measuring 24x193mm) and a metal trigger assembly equipped with a 90-degree piston catch. Adjustable hop-up and a muzzle velocity within the range of 380-390 fps further distinguish the rifle's capabilities.

Crafted with meticulous attention, the replica rifle boasts a robust construction featuring a handguard and stock hewn from premium-grade natural wood. Elements such as the barrel, front sight, adjustable rear sight, bolt, magazine guard, trigger guard, and trigger are all forged from durable metal alloys. Additionally, the receiver showcases authentic markings that heighten the replica's realism.
