The new fifth generation of the trigger mechanism again brings a number of changes and improvements. The modern shape with bevelled edges is visible at first glance. The entire shape has been completely redesigned. Only two components are identical to the previous generation. The shape modifications have also made it possible to use it in M40 weapons such as the CM.700. The upper edge follows the round shape of the chamber housing for a better fit. The mandrel strut, made of hardened steel, is now part of the entire mechanism. At the customer's request, the safety can be used again. It is now included in the package and you can decide whether you simply screw it on or not. In addition, each part carries its own serial number.

An important innovation is the adjustable trigger for an ideal position on the bow. The trigger can be moved in the slot in the base and is fixed with a small screw. This is accessible even after the gun is assembled. It can be smoothly adjusted back and forth over 7 mm in length. Thus, every user can establish his ideal shooting position.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE PACKAGE:

  • Lightweight hybrid piston ZERO. It has an aluminum body of maximum lightness. Two polyacetal (POM) rings for good sliding in the cylinder. Stainless steel piston retainer
  • Mandrill of Stainless steel rotating spring. . Equipped with ball bearing for easy winding
  • 9mm upgrade spring of your choice. Quality spring steel with proper heat treatment and ground ends. The surface is treated with a heather finish.

Not suitable for MA4401, MA4402, Marui AWS..etc. Also can not be used for M24.

WHY ZERO TRIGGER:

A durable and reliable trigger mechanism is essential for the success of sniper rifle upgrades. The commonly supplied mechanism is sufficient for basic springs. However, the likelihood of damage increases significantly when a stronger spring is used. And this, unfortunately, does not prevent those made from cheap metal alloys. Only a machined steel mechanism can provide the highest durability.

Rifles powered by the Marui VSR system do not have the best method of piston retention. It is only captured by a small edge and at a 45-degree angle. This is relatively adequate for basic weak springs, but any stronger spring will not hold. Also, when cocking the slide, the piston is raised (caused only by the 45-degree detent) and cross-cocked in the cylinder. This can cause the piston to buck in the cylinder and prevent the stock from returning to its original position. It can also cause spontaneous firing.

Our CNC metal trigger mechanism has a completely different solution. The plunger engages at a 90 degree or 0 degree angle, hence the ZERO designation. It does not cross in the cylinder, the capture area is larger and the barrel can withstand strong springs.
