4th generation of the AWS trigger mechanism. The modern shape with bevelled edges is visible at first glance. The entire shape has been completely redesigned. No component is identical to the previous generation. The shape modifications have also made it possible to use it in the CYMA CM.703 and CM.707. The spring mandrel strut, made of hardened steel, is now part of the entire mechanism and is securely screwed in place. This keeps the spring mandrel in place. Each part also bears its serial number.
An important innovation is the adjustable trigger for an ideal position on the bow. The trigger can be moved in the slot in the base and is fixed with a small screw. This is accessible even after the gun is assembled. It can be smoothly adjusted back and forth over 7 mm in length. This way, every user can establish his ideal shooting position.
BASIC FEATURES AND PARAMETERS
- The trigger mechanism and plunger body are precision CNC machined from an aluminum alloy 6061-T6 light but long lasting
- Aluminum parts have a High quality anodized surface with matte finish
- The piston retainer, lever and shaft strut are made of steel and are hardened to a hardness of HRC 28-32
- The top of the trigger is provided with a ball bearing for a smoother trigger pull
- The activator is again composed of two parts. The Trigger position can be adjusted horizontally to adapt to your needs
- The internal parts are made of stainless steel
- A pair of double torsion springs reliably returns the lock to its initial position.
- The trigger mechanism consists of 23 components
- The mechanism does not allow the use of a safety! Please be very careful when handling the weapon.
- Tested on springs up to M160
