A durable and reliable trigger mechanism is a prerequisite for successful sniper rifle upgrades. The commonly supplied mechanism is sufficient for basic springs. However, the likelihood of damage increases significantly when a thicker spring is used. And this, unfortunately, does not prevent those made of cheap metal alloys. Only a machined steel mechanism can provide the highest durability.

AirsoftPro's CNC trigger mechanism uses a design that has been proven in other models as well. The goal was to create a very durable trigger mechanism that would not fail even with the strongest springs. Therefore, it is made from a combination of aluminum alloy and hardened steel parts.

The following are the basic characteristic features:

• Body manufactured by precision CNC machined from lightweight yet durable 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.
• Aluminum parts with high quality anodized finish.
• The piston retainer, lever and rod are made of steel and are hardened to a hardness of HRC48-55.
• The top of the trigger has a ball bearing for a smoother trigger pull.
• The tabs on the internal parts are made of stainless steel.
• A pair of double torsion springs reliably returns the lock to its initial position.
• Composed of 20 separate parts.
• Tested on springs up to M190.
• Easy installation in two minutes
  The mechanism allows the use of the rifle's original safety.
